Sucheta is an absolute professional and is very knowledgeable when it comes to Green Building/LEED certifications. She was instrumental in getting Amantan Wellness Resort off the ground and in helping us achieve our GOLD LEED Certification. Sucheta was the Lead consultant for the business bay project 5 lakh sft in Pune and her hold on the subject is strong and had used proper process and procedures to make the project Leed platinum certified... this project was the largest portfolio of hsbc in Pune at single location and this the most project ever done with around 87 points though I think Sucheta made sure that every single stake holder in the project right from client to the smallest vendor contributing towards Leed points are part of every fortnight meetings and this project was done in a record time.
