Working at Astha Design and Sustainable Consultancy has been an excellent growth experience. Handling projects end-to-end has strengthened my problem-solving skills and technical expertise. The supportive work culture, flexible leave policy, exposure through workshops and conferences, and recognition for hard work make Astha a rewarding place to grow professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Joining Astha after completing my master’s degree was a strong foundation for my professional journey. I had opportunities to enhance my skills and complete certifications such as IGBC AP, IGBC LCA, and GEM CP. The supportive work culture and focus on continuous learning made my experience both rewarding and valuable.

Working at Astha offers valuable exposure to green building certifications through continuous learning and diverse responsibilities. As part of a Third-Party Assessor (TPA) organization for IGBC projects, along with involvement in EDGE certification, I have gained practical insights into evaluation, compliance, and international sustainability frameworks, contributing significantly to my professional development.

Astha fosters a healthy work culture focused on teamwork, responsibility, and continuous learning. With over 1.5 years at Astha, my experience has been highly positive. I had opportunities to enhance my skills and complete certifications such as IGBC AP and GEM CP. As a Junior Green Building Analyst, I received consistent guidance and support, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to environmental sustainability and climate action.

My time at Astha has been highly enriching, with exposure to building simulations, ECBC projects, IGBC and GEM Projects and GRIHA coordination. The dynamic and learning-driven environment, supportive team, and opportunities for client interactions and site visits have significantly enhanced my technical knowledge and professional development.

Astha has provided me with valuable opportunities to enhance my technical skills through hands-on experience with simulation tools such as DesignBuilder and eQUEST. Managing independent projects and receiving expert guidance whenever needed has strengthened my understanding of green building simulations. The positive and encouraging work environment makes the experience truly motivating.

As a Building Energy Modeller, at Astha I work on IGBC and GRIHA certification projects with active involvement in energy and daylight simulations. I have also gained exposure to carbon-focused initiatives, GEM certifications, and ESG projects. Astha’s visionary leadership, collaborative culture, and innovative approach strongly align with my passion for holistic and impact-driven sustainability.

After completing my Master’s in Environmental Architecture, joining Astha broadened my perspective on green building design beyond conventional practices. The positive work environment and mentorship under Sucheta Ma’am have made my experience highly rewarding and continue to inspire my professional growth.
